What is the minimum order?
Custom PET bottled water and aluminum bottles and cans start at 1 pallet.
The CityScape Collection is different: the minimum is just 1 case of 12 bottles per size.
How many cases are on a pallet?
- 8 fl. oz: 120 cases
- 12 fl. oz: 84 cases
- 16.9 fl. oz: 72 cases
How many bottles are in a case?
24 bottles or cans per case.
CityScape glass bottles are sold in cases of 12.
What sizes are available?
- PET bottled water: 8 fl. oz, 12 fl. oz, 16.9 fl. oz and 16.9 fl. oz Bullet
- Sleek aluminum cans: 12 oz
- Aluminum bottles and cans: 16 oz
- Glass bottles: 750 ml
- CityScape collectible glass: 375 ml and 750 ml

Artwork & Printing
What are the artwork requirements?
Send vector artwork as an Adobe Illustrator EPS file, with fonts included or outlined, at 300 dpi or greater. JPEG and PDF files are also accepted.
When will I see a label proof?
We email a label proof for your approval within 24 hours. Production begins once you approve the artwork.
Will you create the artwork for me?
We do not create your logo, but we can typeset information, tag lines and similar copy in a variety of fonts.
What is the difference between custom printing and labels?
Pre-printed cans and bottles carry your branding printed directly on the container, for a sleek, upscale look.
Custom labeled cans and bottles use a paper laminate label, which is a flexible and cost-effective option for events and shorter programs.
Are your labels waterproof?
Yes. Our labels are paper laminate.
The Water
Can I choose purified water or spring water?
Yes. Our PET bottles and aluminum products let you select Purified Water or Spring Water when you place the order.
Do you offer sparkling water?
Yes. Our 12oz Sleek Aluminum Cans are available in both Still and Sparkling water.
Where does the water come from?
Our bottling network draws from Southern California, Texas, Pennsylvania and Georgia.
Our 12oz Sleek Aluminum Cans and the CityScape Collection are sourced from the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.
What is CRV and bottle deposit?
CRV is a bottle recycling deposit.
CityScape Collection
What is the CityScape Collection?
CityScape is a limited edition line of premium collectible glass bottles inspired by iconic American destinations. Each city is available in 375 ml and 750 ml, in cobalt blue or matte black glass, empty or filled with spring water from the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. The bottles are refillable and reusable.
What is the difference between empty and filled CityScape bottles?
Filled bottles arrive filled with spring water from the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Empty bottles are supplied unfilled, for retail display, gifting or your own filling program. Wholesale pricing per bottle:
- 375 ml filled: $6.50 each, $78.00 per case of 12
- 750 ml filled: $8.50 each, $102.00 per case of 12
- 375 ml empty: $5.50 each, $66.00 per case of 12
- 750 ml empty: $7.00 each, $84.00 per case of 12
What is the CityScape minimum order?
Just 1 case of 12 bottles per size. CityScape ships F.O.B. Tennessee.
Which cities are available?
Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Chicago, New York City, Orlando, Miami, Honolulu, New Orleans, Nashville, Washington D.C., San Diego and Los Angeles. More cities are on the way.

Where do orders ship from?
Custom PET and aluminum orders ship F.O.B. one of our five co-packing plants. The CityScape Collection ships F.O.B. Tennessee.
